And Stan Group works closely with Pine Care Group, bringing our respective expertise in hospitality and senior care together, to launch Patina Wellness, Hong Kong’s first integrated elderly wellness hub residence, which enables seniors to enjoy ageing in place and a hassle-free retired life. Moreover, through The Wave, an integration of co-working and event space, the Group provides all-rounded support for young entrepreneurs to turn dreams to reality, grow ideas to business, and unleash potential into strength.
Stan Group takes the lead in CSV benchmarking by engaging in B Corp Certification, introducing international standards to the measurement of positive impacts brought by the Group to society. The Group’s businesses, The Wave and Hotel Ease．Tsuen Wan, have received the B Corp Certification in 2017 and 2019 respectively. The Wave is the first for-profit corporation in Hong Kong to obtain the Certification, whereas Hotel Ease．Tsuen Wan is the first B Corp hotel in Asia, demonstrating an international recognition of Stan Group’s effort in creating shared value.
The Group considers every staff member to be integral parts of the corporation, hence introducing Credit System and Buy-a-Brick programme to encourage staff members to participate in corporate innovation, cultivate entrepreneurship, and ignite transformation.
